walked out of my front door this morning to see our front gate swinging in the wind and a sad empty void where my bike was when i went to bed last night.
Im fucking gutted, it was pretty fucked up but thats how i like my bikes :( im just really numb at the moment.....and now bikeless, as I put the Lopro project on hold a couple of weeks ago as i cant afford to finish it at the moment. lame. fucking lame as hell. if any of you westies can keep an eye out for it would be very much appreciated.
gonna do the rounds of my local streets this evening to see if its been dumped. Im not entirely sure how far they would have got being as its fixed and brakeless with clipless pedals...
Couldn't have come at a worse time either, as im meant to be going on holiday next week, and have a load of shit i need to sell to even afford that, let alone building a new bike :(
anyone have a 52ish-54ish frame they want rid of?

bill the thing about malice v toros was that the crowd started to boo toros, (which was bullshit) and even the refs had a couple of difficult decisions, ray was really good in just calling it because i think both goal refs were unfairly pressured by the crowd. Such a difficult game to ref, credit to the toros for just sucking it up and not bitching though.
+1 especially as the 'own goal' was a text book grey area situation. an almost impossible call to make in an atmosphere like that. Ref's cannot be perfect, they can only do the best they can do, that means that difficult calls will have to be made, thats life. I personally think the Refs did a sterling job all weekend.

Wow, what a fucking epic weekend! I had an absolutely awesome time, and saw some bloody amazing Polo. Currently wishing id taken today off work to recover, thankyou to all the players, spectators, organisers, refs and volunteers for such a smooth running tournament, that was a pleasure to be involved with from start to finish.
whoever hosts the Euro's next year has their work cut out to match that!
I <3 Polo :)

My favourite ever gig was Acid Mother's Gong. Bizarre and amazing.
You saw Acid Mothers Gong? lucky git! bet they were truly mindbending :)
for me, best gig was probably the last Tour Bauhaus ever did a few years ago, I have a bit of a thing for Peter Murphy (which always helps) but they were generally all round fantastic.
most recent band to make my jaw hit the floor though is ISIS, i was dumbstruck for 2 and half hours, they didnt miss a beat, impossibly tight yet effortless. fucking ace.
