Is a power flush worth it ?
Just had five new column rads fitted , other 4 or so rads and boiler maybe 15-20 years old. Boiler man coming on Thursday to commission as we had a number of rads disconnected for decorating. Heating did seem to work ok, but we did find some sludge in the rads we binned . Funnily the boiler man is not convinced we need it( will check when he is here ) , I am happy to pay to extend life of new rads etc

Stair runner from dunelm here . Not fitted yet. But hoping just grip strips not rods.

I did have grand plans to sand and fill etc, but going with the rug way now..

We are in the middle of a renovation. Old Victorian 3 bed . Carpet was ripped up when we got in , on first floor we patched boards and just painted them . Loft room we put carpet back as that is main bedroom and we wanted the cosy ness and warmth that comes with carpet.

Thanks fella . Have done a bit for reading and actually wondering whether I swap the top rc plane for the F4u model as it seems to get the better reviews , and the shop we bought from sell both . What would you be buying for max fun from a flying pov :)
