flying with bikes depends on your airline. shipping them depends on your company of choice and speed of delivery.
williamsburg isnt as bad about the hipsters as it used to be from what i hear, I thoroughly enjoyed that area. Good night life. There is an awesome pub right near the underground steps that is run by a british guy too. east village and brooklyn are also worth a look.
I guess it all depends on how much you have to spend. And even if you live somewhere transportation is easy enough especially with a bike. As long as you can get to a good area, being just outside cant hurt?

It's the ignorance that upsets me. And the blatant changing of the goal posts to suit their needs. One day you'll get into an argument with a Christian and they'll say "Oh, of course you can't prove he exists, it's a matter of faith, you just have to believe." Then, when they're trying to shit on something they don't like using the ASA, it's all "Oh, there's plenty of evidence." So - what is is to be, God-botherer?
there was a documentary all about how Christianity was a major misrepresentation of the person Jesus and his work. It talks about how the bible states there are certain things that needed to be done to count someone as the messiah but this Jesus person didn't do them all, so Christians decided there was going to be a "second coming" just to make it fit. And John the Baptist was actually a Jew and the whole ceremony of Jesus' baptism was actually an act to purify his Jewish beliefs. So changing the goal posts...yes ha
Organised religion is a whole load of nonsense. I dont believe in god but I take what I will that works for me from where ever. I educate myself in many religions simply out of curiosity and if there is something to take and learn I take the best aspects of self appreciation and appreciation for others. Ignore the hallmark shit and I am happy =) and I am quite amazed such a "definite fact" (as represented) hasn't received more stigma. Personally I think it is great.

Q1: What do you like about fixed-gear/track bikes?
There is something about the way the body controls the bike so much. It is really relaxing to me and there is generally a good community surrounding it.
Q2: Do you have brakes*? front, rear, both or none?
Front. Nasty accidents will do that to you ha
Q3: What setup do you have on your rear hub? (mark all that apply)- fixed - yess

It's a Macbook.
I was using Aperture and it just crashed, started going click, click, click. Which I believe is pretty standard. I replaced it, and it seems that something has come loose as it rattles when you shake it.
this happened to me. Take it into the Mac store. They plug in a separate hard drive and boot it up so that both hard drives show up on the computer. they move all the info you want from your computer to their separate thingy (real technical i know) and then you give them your computer for anywhere from 2 hours to a day, normally no longer, and they will replace your hard drive because that is probably what is clicking and then you probably have a pin somewhere loose which is what is rattling (that happened to me too, because I dropped my computer.) hope that helps? Oh and if you don't have it, normally they end up just giving you the newest system if they have to replace your hard drive.

I think this is a great idea. I agree about the battery thing though.
