I don't like bumping... it adds nothing.
If you feel that your thread has dropped off the end... go and take more photos, find more details, do a compare to items on eBay and why yours is a bargain.
Basically I think you can bump by adding more info rather than just a "bump" post which makes it look like no-one wants the item.
that sounds like a much better system, but what if you want to buy? should you just post once and not bump, in which case wnated threads could easily be bogged down by for sale ones.
Maybe if classifields had more definite boundries between wanted and for sale threads as seen on cycle chat.Sorry for the contadictions and treason

I am a relatively new forum member, and amongst other things I have enjoyed the classifields section. Its ease and accessability (most sellers being in london) has given me the confidence to attempt a build.
However I was wondering whether there is a limit to how many times you should bump, as in my well intentioned desperation I have found myself bumping with increasing fluency.
In sight of my own crimes I think dogsballs idea would be right, but no policing please
oh and btw if anyone does have a rear wheel to sell.... ;)

The bend in the forks looks far too exact to have anything to do with a crash. Do you own the bike? If so, presuming the paint job is original, you might be able to tell by looking at the bends and seeing if the paint/metal is strained.... which it won't be bvecause the forks are supposed to look like that. Though don't qoute me...actually, quote away, i'll just deny it in court!
the whole frame is rather distressed looking, so by comparrisson the forks are almost zenlike. Thanks for giving me hope forms!
