27 x 1.1/4" equivelant to 32c
27 x 1.1/8" equivelent to 28c

but these won't fit on 700c rims as they are 630's not 622 ETRTO

brand new never been fitted to a frame.....1" steerer 245mm length/100mm thread, reasonably close clearance I put a 700c/23 wheel in and there was approx. 1/2" clearance, looking for £30 or maybe trade if interested

all very confusing best way to check is the ETRTO number on the tyre sidewall, technically 700c = 622mm and 28"=635mm but a number of 700c tyres simply state in brackets that they're 28" why? I don't know
