If you do have clipless, I suggest riding with them, especially when (from the sound of it) you're already used to it.
Perfectly understandable that you want to get used to riding a fixed wheel bicycles.
check the list for any queries you have in mind and/or search the forum for any specific topic you want to find.
Ed, your new avatar suits this post perfectly.

I'm assuming that you want to buy a Sugino BB because you want Sugino 75 cranks. Sugino 75's are ISO square taper which means that campag and other BB's will work with them;
http://www.sheldonbrown.com/bbtaper.htmlBetter to get your wheelset first and then buy BB last as Sugino 75 BB's only come in 109, I believe, which would limit your choice of hubs. I may be wrong but I have always bought BB's to fit wheelset and cranks.

If you do decide to go down the Miche route, I have a Miche front hub for 15 dorra, it was laced once but never ridden. I bought a wheel off the bay, but it was a bad build, spokes were too short. I took it apart and used the rim but the hub is still in my spares box. You don't need to worry about single sided hubs.
The oln on a miche hub is probably 120, don't buy BB until you have worked out the chainline and chosen your cranks.

He's not for me. Stack him against Moon, Townshend and Entwistle - he doesn't belong there. Sure he can sing, but he's a bit too safe amongst that company. He's a bit Status Quo really.
Exactly, for me he always looked like someone filling in, waiting for the main act. A professional angler in waiting.

Doesn't that make you a classics professor at King's? I'm only asking because I know classics professors are often quite forgetful.
has anyone posted bigus dickus yet?
Ha! I'm sure I'd remember that, although I am quite forgetful. As well as being a classics professor, he writes music for media like me. Don't think there's much money in the classics game.
