Oops not done message, will do in a mo. Weather looking cold clear slight breeze - good conditions for the ride.
Updated - message sent to aeronaught, CasaSteve, Down to my last 15p., johnnywbike, Joseph, Malletesta, Manders1301 as others are blocking messages (or still in nursery?), Si can't make it (thumb) and Greg is living the dream down in London.

Nice one.
If only there was an easy way to message everyone else. Greg is gone (but not forgotten), Si has a broken thumb, I've messaged Steve but he's gone posh and moved to Leam now so we'll see... there's another 10 peeps in the group and I'm tempted to drop them all a note but seriously cba to write 10 separate notes out. Lazy.

Bars as high as makes it comfortable for you. TBH I'd just leave them as they were - you'll get used to them - just adapting to drops as you've never used them until this bike.
Them levers are not designed to go next to the Stem, will 1) look silly (but who cares tho) and 2) be more tricky to use. The levers were originally fitted with cross tops (giving you an extra braking position when your hands are by the stem) - I'll have a dig around and see if I can find the bits I took off- it's just some lever shaped bits and a couple of screws (you'll be able to see where the screw went in).
I'll get back to you if I find them...
