It doesn't feel as the grease is making it run badly, it feels like the balls are creating the resistance. As if it is worn.. Gritty. We will see

No rear brake? Two brakes are good for modulation

Wheels are build up. I will true them tomorrow. I think they look the biz. Hubs are not as smooth as I had hoped. Maybe I'll get some better bearing balls for them or try adding some extra grease... Or maybe they just need some riding to become nice and smooth. Today was a good day.

My cargobike has been sitting still without paint for two years. It is getting criminal :-(

Don't worry about rust. The steel needs to be prepped anyway. Either it will be blasted or sanded before paint. It needs to be really bad rust to not be good looking paint once finished. If you go to Talbot or other frame builders you'll se rusty frames hang around the shop waiting to be painted.

I buy fresh bidons once or twice a year, so not to worried about that.

I haven't started building wheels, but I was hoping to do it this weekend. I am picking up the frame tomorrow, so that ought to help on getting the wheels done ;-)

Selle San Marco Concor Dynamic Wide. If you compare price to quality I think this is a good buy. I can't wait to try it out. Been looking for something racey but wide.

Life line 2gbp alu cages. Seems sturdy and I think they are good looking. No brainer.
