Definitely been tempted to pick that up a few times, seems like the humour is excellent also. Unfortunately these days I share my Switch with my daughter and could do without her telling her friends the names of the games she's been playing when she goes off to school!
Will definitely pick it up at some point though!

I would also agree with that!
Also a silent operating espresso machine is damn satisfying (if you've got a kid and want a coffee first thing in the morning, grinding the beans the night before and getting to have an espresso in peace is a game-changer)
I'm not surprised at the fact, but it would be nice if there were more consumer sprung lever machines on the market. Though this was tempting when I first discovered it: https://www.odysseyespresso.com/argos-lever-espresso-machine

I've seen both, the guy that broke the news of Colapinto to Williams says it's straight into Perez's seat (https://imgur.com/a/colapinto-to-red-bull-zNudUvB). I'm hopeful it's Sainz to RBR, but wouldn't be surprised if Verstappen Sr. tries to block that.
Will be exciting either way!

Damn shame after they've made decent steps forward too. I've always been a Ferrari fan but in terms of teams I find myself cheering for, it's mainly been Williams under Vowles for the past few seasons. Though if rumours are to be believed, they might be getting some cash from RBR for either Colapinto or Sainz. Seems like it'd be a good move for all parties.

Also on the radio calls point, I utterly adore this man: https://dubz.co/c/37b99e

Yeah but the rules are the same for everyone, swings & roundabouts. Russell was pretty pissed off at the team for calling him in as he wanted to stay out for the red flag. Yesterday Norris benefitted while Verstappen got screwed by a pretty questionable red flag.
Again, I'm far from a Verstappen fan, but my mind immediately went to Miami when the reporters after the race were trying to downplay Lando's win because he got lucky with the safety car.

What a race, missed it live so just caught it there, absolutely love Interlagos for this sort of stuff. Such a disappointment that it's not the season finale anymore.
Would hate to see the impact on the teams' wallets after this weekend though! I'm sure some teams are trying to flatten out their old Monaco wings to make do at this point!
Absolutely awesome performance from Max too, not really surprising given his form in similar conditions at Interlagos. Was hoping for a points swing towards Lando to keep the championship interesting but after a drive like that I think you may as well just give him the trophy now.
Also, I'm not really one to wade in on the Max/Lando dramas of late, but Lando's comment of "It's not talent, it's just luck" regarding Max getting the win is utterly baffling.

Depends on where you're going, I worked for a good few years at decent coffee shops and of course frequently make coffee at home so can weigh in here.
This was before WDTs were common, but I imagine the quality of grinder reduces the need for them vs what you'd have at home.
I never bothered with levelling/sprung tampers and think they're a bit of a crutch to be honest, and when you're making 300+ shots per day, you get pretty consistent.
When it comes to weighing scales, this might get done a few times per day (and when initially dialling in) to keep track of the grinder setting changes (changing grind fineness and grind time means you don't keep direct track of dose), which are generally changed throughout as required. Mainly judged by keeping an eye on how the espresso is coming out, as well as a few taster shots to make sure things are staying on track.
But yeah, at home, I'll use a WDT because it helps with my grinder, as well as a spritz of water to mainly keep the area tidy.
In terms of milk-based drinks, I'm fairly sure I could make an equally good coffee with my home setup as a commercial one. When it comes to an espresso, the lack of being able to properly dial in a shot, as well as the reduced thermal stability of my home machine means it's less likely to be so consistent.

The NFT thing completely baffled me, and at the time I was working for a company offering blockchain services and had their own NFT marketplace. Sitting in the room on launch day watching the amount of money being thrown around for these things was ridiculous.
