howdy!
i posted this on another thread but was pointed to this one.
i was also told that i would be drilled about the fact i am primarily a roadie...but as i said fixie curious!
anyway, i love bikes!
my current collection consists of:
'86 bianchi Reparto Corse with record and delta brakeswinter bike: cannondale caad 9 with a mix of sram force and bits n pieces...i am running a SCOR fork with disc brake...awesome in the wet
race bike: cannondale super six ultmate with red group and soon with lew clincher wheels with tune hubs- 6.7kg (not bad for a size 60)
so i'm thinking the next bike is to build a fixie out of my master frame...

my first post:
hi, i'm a roadie but fixie curious....
I have a colnago master frame that i wish to build up as a fixie. I have done a fair bit of research but was wondering if u lot could help with a few queries.firstly, i am thinking of using white industries eno crank but they don't come in a 165 length...why would that be? for cornering clearance, isn't it desirable to have a short crank length...or aren't the eno for road use?
