Jody McIntyre is a friend of mine, the treatment he received from both police and the BBC newsreader was ridiculous. Watching the interview the guy was obviously trying to make Jody out as if he is the bad person in all this, and posed his questions in such a way that he thought Jody would trip up, but he handled it very well. It's a shame that a few idiots in the crowd tarnished the real message this protest hoped to acheive. I know for a fact that there were large groups of people there only to cause chaos, robbing people, hurling stuff at police. The police's reaction was to charge the protesters, what do they think the reaction is going to be when you charge a group of people, peaceful or otherwise? I read somewhere that they will introduce water cannons at protests soon. This can only make things worse...

I'd say choke points a fairer to nubes and average players as it provides them with a load of other front line players to hide behind. No matter how much I play, the open, 360 degree maps still gives me The Fear, there are a couple in MW2 where it's impossible to totally cover your back. The only option is to RUN RUN RUN! Total heart attack stuff. That's why it's one of the best games evar.
Very true, though maps like Wasteland and Derail were just not my cup of tea, all the fighting ended up focused in specific areas which got boring and predictable. I have always been a rusher, using shotguns and SMGs so the smaller levels like favela, highrise, scrapyard and salvage were always my favourites. I always hated LMGs, think I went the whole of playing MW2 without using one, apart from the AUG, but thats an assault rifle anyway...

Ah definitely not then. Looks identical to the house at the end of my road, weird.
The thread?
