Wasn't it the view that the UKHBPA would vote on this? So rather than all the players just the 10 reps or whatever?

So the first hurdle is making a decision on these dates. Isn't this the first objective of the UKHBPA?

So when will the reps of the UKHBPA make a decision on these dates? If it ends up going to a public vote that all players can vote on then what's the point of the UKHBPA in this particular decision making process? I know nothing has been announced yet, just thinking out loud here. IMO if this does go to a player vote then the UKHBPA has fallen at the first hurdle.

I agree that April is too early for the Irish teams. From the dates listed by John I think the sooner the better to give people optimum time to plan travel. So 5/6 may makes sense IMO
