I think all the London teams will be coming along to yo fixie on saturday. We could suggest to them starting a bit earlier, say 10:30 or 11:00? If they don't want to then thats cool, but i reckon they would, seeing as they were up at 6am just to get to the rouen tourney.

I know it says 12 on the flyer, but if everyone can agree on it the night before then surely this is an option? It would certainly help if there are 15 plus teams.

With regards the pa thing, i could take it from the sandbar before yo fixie on sat to hardy's well. Dan is meant to be asking hardy's well if it could be left there overnight. But I can't do any driving on sunday, but this way we wouldn't need to....

obviously there is and has been an event every day and night of the festival and i work full time and so have had little tme to do much..dan and i are making a blackboard and a trophy on thursday. if more people help we'll do it quicker and be able to play polo..please help! come to the boathouse in platt fields park from 5pm tomorrow..also a chance to help sort out how it will run and give input into other things we need to talk about...please please come along.

If there are 16 teams, and you play straight knock-out, you are looking at 16 games in total. At 20 mins a game + 5 mins changearound time that is 6 1/2 hours.

If you are playing some other system, or there are more than 16 teams, you will not get through those games, in that time.

If it turns out there are more teams then we may have to start earlier. I'll talk to Nes about it tonight and give you guys an update asap!

The tourney is at Chorlton park now, not platt fields. Hmmmm, didn't really think it would be going on that long to be honest. Hopefully we should be finished before dark as there are no lights @ Chorlton. I'll double check just how many teams are playing.
