There are no rules, but deep drops on bikes being used for anything other than sprints have such a stench of poseur that it is hard to ignore.
Whether you are riding on the tops desperately trying to get your hands close to the stem where it is almost comfortably flat, or you are way down there in the drops while tootling down to get a coffee, you look dumb. Always.
Unless you are in a skrtluv video, of course.
i make most people look dumb when i am down in track drops.
