Just got back from fracture clinic, there's a big gap similar to superprecise's and a fair bit of overlap.

It's not painful at all at the moment, just clicky and weird.

Consultant seemed to think it would need surgery but have to go back to Kings next Tuesday to see shoulder surgeon.

Superprecise, was your surgery done on NHS or private?

And it was a Vittoria Evo Corsa..............£37 to replace it. Or not. Swapped it out for a Michelin Pro 3, then yesterday went to RP for a couple of laps, and then I punctured. Typical.

Just got back from the Alps, where I managed to break my "Clavicule" after wiping out on an embarrassingly innocuous corner.

Anyway, they put me in this figure of 8 splint thing which is massively uncomfortable and I'm reading now that a normal sling is just as good if not better.

Just wondering what people over here have been given, sling or other brace type thing....?

I was planning to record a slow time to see if anyone can do it as slow as me.

My goal is to be able to do a 3 day fundraising extravaganza for Cancer Research

Day 1 - Ride 100 miles from My Parent's house to Newport
Day 2 - Ride 160 miles From Newport to London
Day 3 - Run the London Marathon

To be honest I was thinking more like after 12, I've a stag night on Saturday night

Saturday would be good if early enough, need to be back home by 12 ideally.

I could do with getting some miles in before france. Either early sat. or late sun.

Am up for any surrey routes, could do with 60ish miles. Gran Fondo route, or Ride of Falling Leaves would be good.

I'm going to ride this fucker on Sunday. I will let you know of any issues on the route and will also post up a "benchmark" time that you can all try and beat.....

Haven't seen Eurosport was talking about ITV4.

I like Liggett and Sherwen on ITV when they're talking about the racing but when there's not much going on they do my head in a bit.

And although they have a massive wealth of experience behind them they seem to come out with some complete bobbins sometimes.
