I've got a full suspension 21 speed mtb that is really quite shit and in a number of pieces. It's just kicking around and generally getting in the way at my flat in Stoke Newington.

Most of the parts are there and just need gluing back together. Think it's missing a saddle and seat post and a few cables, but the rest should work with a bit of attention.

Please take it away and make it live again, I really don't need it as I've forgotten what gears are for and the full body suspension makes me feel slightly icky when I look at it.

I also have a bmx frame, forks and rear wheel that need a new home.

Bum. I need white ones with white hubs.

Bit too nice to rattle can methinks.

What colour are the hplus rims ??

And what colour are the hubs ??

And how many holes ??

Yeah, wasn't sure about it but thought I'd throw it in.

If anything's left when I go past at 6, I'll haul it all home then post it up later for people to collect.

Another suggestion would be to allow teams to have 4 registered players.

Obviously only 3 play per game, but teams can switch players for each game depending on tactics, opponents, specific abilities and availability.

Would add another dimension to the tactics and gameplay and erradicate the problems of finding suitable subs.

For the next league we could maybe use non-league players as subs as this will help to get other players involved in competitive games, especially as we're now getting more and more new players.

It's often frustrating for the non-league players to just watch, knowing they have to wait months til the next league starts.

To avoid us simply having a list of all the players in the league, shall we split the list between league and non-league players ?

Just spotted this lot on the corner of Bouverie Rd and Grayling Rd in Stoke Newington.

Didn't have chance to salvage anything as I was late for work but from what I could see there was -

1 BSA road frame, fairly large
1 black painted road frame, also fairly large
about 5 wheels - probably all 27", mixture of front and rear
drops, cables and brakes etc

All looked like they are waiting for loving homes to go to.
