I'm sure the sticking brake could be attended to at Westies beers on a Thursday - Murtle always has a hammer around to "adjust " things.
The sticking brake might just need a new inner and outer cable....so you may need to be prepared to bring one, or be told that's what needs fixing....
Hub rebuild and beer don't go together though....
If only I could make beers - but I need to get back to north east london to put children to bed.
I have an internal cable routing so it is gunk in there that needs cleaning out, I cleaned everything but that myself on Sunday but no joy. Just do not have anything thin enough to push through it.

This was Teenslain's polo frame until a few days ago. Now it is my snow/ice winter ride (when fitted with fat tyres anyway).
I put this together with parts I had knocking around hence it looking pretty fugly but it is meant to be a functional bike anyway. The question is, how wide a tyre should I risk putting on the DP18s?
I have never owned a bike without drops...I am very freaked out by the riding position but I'm sure it will grow on
Unusually for you Dan, that is actually a nice looking bike!
Btw the bike i sold you three years ago was flat barred.........busted.
