I went to the physio today and she told me that I have wear and tear on the kneecap. Riding will make it worse, and I should back off. I don't want to.
So what so I do? Ride and end up hobbling around at 50, or stop riding and get fat and go bonkers?
This is why I am avoiding
a) telling the wife my knees hurt, on the inside when walking up stairs and cycling out of the saddle
b) going to the doctoras both will tell me not to cycle so much, and as all my cycling is commuting that would mean going on the tube.
So fuck that.
Head in the sand time.
Got a 3 week break coming up soon, so hopefully that will clear it up.

Price drop on the shit brown langster
Custom 2007 Langster 58cm with a mishmash of parts. £215
I have used this as my main commute bike for 18 months and subsequently as my wet weather beater since March this year.
***The Raceblade mudguards are NOT included. Pedals NOT Included. The pictured saddle is NOT included, I have a cut down Brooks to put on****
• Uncut fork steerer
• Condor wheels, miche hubs and rims. Flip flop hub, Shimano 17t freewheel one side (replaced less than 200 miles ago), 18t fixed cog the other. Currently set to freewheel....
• BB = I think Sugino, replaced last December, Used only in wet weather since March so not much mileage on it.
• FSA carbon seat pillar, aluminium clamp
• Saddle pictured = Charge spoon, but I want to keep this. Will swap for a cut-down Brooks I no longer want since it murders my backside.
• Cinelli Vai stem
• Handlebars – Sakae (I think)
• Shimano 500 Exage brake levers
• Tektro brakes, new brake blocks, Koolstop salmons
• Minging orange Schwalbe Stelvio tyres.
• FSA crankset 48TPick-up from NE London (IG8) or the City.

This is the best sentence I have ever read.
"As final word I’d like to ask you folks to wish him good shower, hahaha, as soon as possible, since his corpse is mummy-wrapped yet, and it’s itchy so much, that he don’t know what’s worse: pain, or that."
Your native language and English give a good mix!
