Probably now sold, although I haven't heard from him since yesterday afternoon.
I'll give him until 12 ish then I'll move onto the next person in line which is STE5 then its your mate Guy.
Yes it does have internal cable routing and also has a small heart about 1cm big soldered to the underneath of the downtube, it did suprise me as it seems strange to go to the effort on a winter frame.

Fixed wheel bike built around a St John street cycles winter fixed frame 52cm c to c seat tube and 54.5cm c to c top tube, rear spacing is 126mm and the Sovos hub is also 126mm spacing.
The front chainring is a brand new FSA 44 tooth and the rear is a brand new Surly 17t cog the hub is a fixed/free but there's no freewheel fitted, its also got a new KMC chain fitted.
Front brake is a new 105 caliper with a new ITM lever, as for the rest I think pictures speak a thousand words :)
Comes as pictured except **without the pedals **£220 posted

I think your trouble all stems from the fact you forgot to factor in the extra £100 London Fixed-Gear scene tax :)
I build lots of bikes no make that lots and lots of bikes :D everyone I know has bought a bike off me at some point :) I've even got my parents riding single speed :D
If I see a bargain I buy it, but I'm only allowed a certain number of bikes before Mrs Jones starts threatening me :D so I sell them as soon as their finished and if I get my money back I 'm happy.
I think Kingcutter is right, your so used to London prices you forget their are genuine bargains out there from people who just enjoy messing about with bikes in their spare time.
Its a bit sad I know but my idea of a good night is some decent music a pile of parts and a bare frame in a bike stand, if I then choose to sell it for the very bare sum of its parts it doesn't make me a thief :)

Its quite funny actually we must have been building very similar looking bikes at the same time :D
The black single speed was supposed to be for my wife but she hated it :D so I put it up for sale last week on retrobike for £90 posted and it sold straight away but the buyer has now pulled out.
The red SJSC one was built out of bits I had hanging about doing nothing, so when I put them up for sale I'll expect the red one to be called a overpriced heap and the black one stolen :D
p.s yes I'm aware the brake has no cable :D

Pipe cutters are the way to go but you can get a straight line with a hacksaw.
Just wrap some tape around them first to give you a straight edge as a guide, then slowly cut around the line until you've got a shallow groove all the way around.
The saw blade **should **now follow the groove but at least if it doesn't you can see as soon as it starts to deviate.

I'll be selling this next week for about £200 posted, nothing fancy but very good condition.
Its a St John street cycles winter fixed frame, not sure if they sell it anymore but it used to be about £200 for the frame and forks I think.
Its going to have a Sovos rear flip flop hub, new cog, chain and chainwheel.
I was going to put just a front brake on it but I can put two on for the same price, which are unused 105 and aero levers.
Won't be for sale until about Wed/Thur of next week though and I'll put better pics up once its done.
Let me know if your interested.
oops forgot to say what size it is, seat tube 52cm c to c, top tube 54 c to c.

its totalled. and i how didnt i get this if i was first
You might still get offered it the way things are going, I had lots of pms about it before it was dibbed for you sorry.
But so far all the 'deffinate' buyers have tried to negotiate so I'm getting a bit fed up to be honest.
I think its worth £160 posted all day long, the back wheel cost me £80 two weeks ago, so I'm not dropping the price.
Anyway I'm off out to get wasted as its my birthday :) so no more negotiating tonight :D
Sorry to the other people who pmd me I was just trying to be fair by going down the messages in order.
I'll sort it out tomorrow :)

Sorry about the long delay in getting back, when I posted it for sale yesterday I was away working so had limited access to a pc.
Didn't realise there would be so much interest sorry, anyway I'm back now so I'm going to go through all the messages as there's LOTS!! of them.
Whoever was first to give a definate ' yes I'll definately take it ' will be offered it and if they don't want it I'll start going down the list :)

Built this up for a mate who bought one of those Unicack things instead, its not the best bike but rides nicely and still looks presentable :)
1980s Japanese made Bianchi so its got an english BB, seat tube 56cm c to c, top tube 54.5 c to c.
The frame is in nice condition apart from a scratch along the top tube which is pictured.
Tiagra front wheel and unused Novatec rear hub on Mavic Open Sport rim and the chain, front chainring and rear cog are also unused.
Time pedals not included.
I'm looking for £160 posted which I'm sure you'll let me know if its too much :D
Cheers

No problem :) it is a bit of hassle if you haven't done it before, I use a free cardboard bike box from my local bike shop ( even Halfords give them out free ) pack it with plenty of old bits of cardboard between the various bike bits.
I'd then use Parcelforce to send it, you just book it online and they collect it from your house/work etc.

Hi first post alert :D been lurking a while but wanted to share my Unipack tale of woe :)
A few weeks ago a mate said he was desperate to have a fixed bike, so I joined here as I thought I'd need a few bits to finish it and for some advice.
I was almost finished when he phoned to say he'd bought one cheap, yes he'd bought himself a unipack.
So instead of the bike below he's now riding a red monstrosity, he paid £350 for his and I sold the bike below on another forum just needing bar tape for £135.
His looks cool though aparently :o

Sold pending payment :)
