it's amazing how it all adds up when you've got a bike made up from parts (rather than an off-the-shelf one).
very right, as any one with a passion for bikes knows, it all adds up. Was riding with a mate last night who said he saw the aftermath of the accident but could not stop as he was late. But both of us felt that us investing in helmets in the near future might be a good idea.

paint fumes are no joke, a couple of years ago, young and ignorant i woke up in the middle of the night, after spending the day spraying (using the hold breath, spray, run-away, repeat method). I was incredibly disy, think worse than 14 pints and there was definately more vomitted involved than there would have been with the beer...









i ended up buying a tange one (iso) so correct me if you wrong its JIS standard that you have. Cyclebasket do tange iso headsets for £10 ish so might be the best bet and sell the one you have
