David Olusoga made a good point yesterday about public perception of the Windsors..
Do not confuse those who are indifferent with those wanting anarchy or have pro republic views. The royal family just ceases to be relevant for many.
I don’t doubt that some of the royals are good patrons, but on a whole don’t relate to everyone in the UK

commemorative medals being dished out yesterday? What a load of tosh.. for key workers??? what about paying them a decent salary
Everyone actively contributing and supporting the Coronation on 6 May - including choristers, police officers, military personnel and St John Ambulance personnel - as well as those directly involved in the delivery of the Coronation are eligible.
It will also be given to serving frontline members of the police, fire, emergency services, prison services and armed forces that have completed five full calendar years of service. It is expected that more than 400,000 Coronation Medals will be issued.

during his pro career, he was one of several riders asked to strip for examination by the soigneur Raymond Le Bert, who normally worked for Louison Bobet. Wadley wrote:
It would be wrong to say that the company laughed when he stood there in his underpants, but there were certainly some smiles because in contrast to his lithe, clean-limbed predecessors at the examination, he looked a short, fat boy.
Le Bert, however, did not smile. Immediately he exclaimed: 'Ah ha, now this is really a rock. He is a real flahute. (French term for old-type tough Flemish roadman.)

Tian Tian Market, Canning Town..
could I find quality Tonkotsu broth??Maybe I’ll try again this weekend, unless anyone knows of a stockist in East London.
Maybe the Shoryu shop in Westfield Stratford, it’ll be $$$$ for sure.
I certainly won’t be making broth with pork neck bones from scratch.. 12 flipping hours on a rolling boil can >>>>

I just didn’t play the Sigma at all, I think it’s too good for me. Also my learning focus has been on the Strat. The Redondo was pre owned by my teacher. We talked about playing acoustic and what that means. This year my learning focus is on rhythm and strumming patterns. On a whole I want a guitar I can take to the streets or park without being too precious about it. So expect a large marajuana leaf sticker on the Redondo and a bunch of reggae tunes :)

Good to see Arsenal play ugly, and having the minerals to take Newcastle on at their own game with time wasting, slowing the game down. Jorginho bossed it in midfield giving us an extra dimension, with Xhaka and Odegaard. We all too often play predictable pretty football with a million passes, it’s time to see something new, shame it didn’t happen against Citeh.
If we reach 90pts after 38 league matches, I’d be happy with that.
