He says its a "cyclex". He's an engineer and made those hubs himself... also the owner of the BMC track frame that got crashed that Fred has posted in current projects.
This frames r made in china, sold on ebay for very cheap considering that they r sold as being "affordable" versions of the similar "Look"

That's a really interesting finish, quite possibly inspired by the copper coloured rails on the honey brooks. I was going for a black and copper coloured theme on my old bike but found it really hard to find any decent parts copper coloured... this has got to be straight custom chroming... perhaps a little ott imho but still good. Finish kinda distracts from the frame itselfwhich is very fvcking tasty. FSA crankset don't suit it nor does the radial spoke pattern or fork.... Damn! let me have a go
This one...

to be honest that saddle to bar drop isn't that big, maybe you're too stretched out trying a shorter stem and bigger risers may help the problem
Well yeah, that´s a fact, you´re right. But my other bike has the stem almost reaching the same line as the saddle (bit stupid but I find it comfy)... I reckon it´s the sudden change of position that might´ve seem odd to me. This is the shortest stem I sould ever ride on this bike (90mm).. I´m 6"1. The frame is 55x55... cannot take 700c forks because of the angle of the HT. Just changed this morning the arrospok for the matching H+Son rear, with a gatorskin. I doubt there´s bikes out there that can challenge this one in weight!! IT´S SOOOOOOOO LIGHT!
-
Bought it from a guy in Paris, has CINELLI lugs, made with columbus SLX tubing and campy dropouts. Weights as much as a pack of cigarettes!!... ok, but it´s by far the lightest piece of metal I´ve seen.
Have no idea about the make but the guy I bought it from told me it had been powdercoated brown and the forks were not the original (this ones are amazing, aero).Might be selling it soon, my lower back won´t take it for too long.

There's something about that bike.....
Not sure if I love it or hate it? Kind of cool but kind of wank - no offence. Top marks for effort though.....I think?!I feel your words a lot towards the back wheel, and I kinda accept it and agree... but my H+ rear rim had to be replaced (the groove issue)... This was the only back wheel I had, the rear H+ wheel will be at all times.... oh, and sorry, but I don´t like the H+ all white.
too much white.
Thanks. -

I got my h+son rims (front650c) from one of the very first deliveries in BLB, laced to dura-ace HB-7600´s both 3x, one day after the built the rear one had some "grooves" in one section of the wall. It was as if the pressure of the tensioned spokes was deforming the sidewall...but just a section of 8/10 spokes.
I called BLB, they knew about it, it had happened before, only with 700c rims...they justified the problem as being result of bad shipping/handling, and were happy to replace it for me, as it was ONLY AN ESTHETIC ISSUE (after confirming with the manufacturer) and it wouldn´t compromise the performance of the rim.
The rims work out great, I think they´re really light, even built...but I had the same problem to fit tires. The front being a 650c took me and one of the guys from BLB something like 20min and 3 broken levers just to try to fit it, I´m only concerned to take it out... Haven´t ridden the rear wheel yet, waiting for gatorskin 700x25c´s.

i just can´t resist these fgg pearls
