Ah, I meant the trem arm (they do a replacement collet and trem arm that doesn't fall out all the time). It looks to have the Staytrem smooth curve on the trem arm where Fender ones usually have an "elbow" bend. But maybe that's how it was on that model.
Gotoh stuff is solid, I have Gotoh tuners and saddles on my Tele.

Is that a Staytrem on the JM? I have one for my Squier JM that I haven't gotten around to fitting (the stock one it came with is made of cheese). It did at least come with a Mustang style bridge but one of the saddles needs a polish as it's a bit rough. They're such weird guitars to keep in balance compared to a Tele where nothing moves…
Sherwood green or similar would look nice I think.

For those interested in the VPC watch brand that I've been working with, there's a good overview / interview with the founder Thomas here:

Preorder window is likely to be in a few months' time.

If you go there I would ask him how many Speedmasters he has worked on. Bear in mind that chronographs are a lot more complicated than a regular time-only watch.
He may also not be able to order genuine Omega parts if he is not accredited.
Swiss Time Services or The Watch Atelier are reputable accredited places to take an Omega, but as ejay said it will require a full service (though that will be the case regardless of where you take it) and the associated cost.

Belated HNY folks.
In the spirit of the annual Hoodwinkee post, the watch I wore most in 2023 was the Pelagos 39. I wasn’t expecting to like it as much as I did, but it immediately became my daily. Great size and weight, amazing bezel click, super legible, extremely accurate. With a date it might be an even better daily, but it probably wouldn’t look as good.

Very cheap (half price) MIJ jazzmaster-bodied Teles in the sale on the Fender site - https://www.fender.com/en-GB/winter-sale-guitars/made-in-japan-limited-offset-telecaster/5300102340.html

I mean, who knows. I really don't.
There has definitely been a big shift this year. I was expecting the new Rolex factories opening up to be the big difference maker but a lot of people simply don't have the money sloshing around anymore that they did during the lockdown/bitcoin weirdness and it's quite possible that we go back to where we were circa 2018/19 where Subs and GMTs were waitlisted but Explorer IIs, Air-Kings, Milgauses etc were widely available.
FWIW there was always the odd chance that you could walk in, catch them on a good day and there'd be a steel sports watch that had come in that was allocated to someone who didn't pick the phone up when they got the call. It did and does happen.

Yeah, I dunno what’s going on with that, although the date change mechanism is not the instantaneous type, it’s the type that starts to engage a few hours before midnight. So I’m not sure if perhaps it’s doing that? Dunno. I haven’t seen other pictures of those where it’s misaligned, I don’t think.

Is that one of the Bullet Mustangs? What pickups have you put in it? P90s of some sort?
