I'm not really up on my saddle knowledge, I got my brooks and it's done me perfectly, but it doesn't really suit the bike, this, however, would be perfect!

Getting woken up by a phone call on tuesday night from coursemates, asking if I was out to go clubbing with them. Replying in the negative, because we have an exam on Thursday. Being asked if you're joking. Discovering that the exam was actually on tuesday. Missing 1/6th of the marks on your course from copying the date down wrong in your calender.

Huge fucking fail.

Got a nice smile from a female red-haired courier this afternoon. Helped brighten up the rainy day. Tried smiling and nodding at another courier about 2mins later, and got denied with a dismissive glance. Oh well, you win some, you loose some.

Also, more than the double 'spoks (at least the colours match!), the bars and the flat pedals are the main issues with that bike, IMO.

I feel bad for people with straight edge tattoos, I've got a couple of mates with the X's inked on their hands, what if your opinions change? Same with all tattoos I guess, but especially lifestyle type ones like that...

For the 2012 Olympics, we should hire out HH Velodrome and run unlicensed events for all the one absent from the womens list. Admittedly the money pot would be pretty low but at least the principle would be made and some of the T-shirts and spoke cards would have to be worth a mint by then.
