Just done my first morning 30 minute turbo session I'm doing.
Tell me what you think - bearing in mind it's just for fitness/weight loss, I don't race
1 minute at 10mph,
9 minutes at 12mph,
10 minutes at 15,
up to my max speed then hold over 20 for the rest of the minute,
4 minutes at 18mph,
4 minutes at 12mph,
1 minute at 10mphI'm on 70 GI fixed, 14.7mph average and 36.8mph top speed

I met Patrick Lawino briefly at the Cycling Club Hackney AGM two weeks before the World Cup. Nice guy, and we'll see more of what he can do once Keir Apperley of CCH will have been coaching him for a while. (Keir made the link with Uganda and has now been there a couple of times.)
Just out of interest, what are Keir's credentials?

I'm with DFP on this one. Unless you are looking at some old Shamal's, deep V's would be a crime on that lovely Eagle. A nice new set of box rims would be really nice.
