Oh yeah . Does anyone have frame spacers that are used for shipping to stop the rear end & forks from being damaged in transit ? 100mm & 120mm are needed Thanks
Why don't you just use your hubs as a spacer since your wheels aren't laced. Just sayin'.
Couldn't you just use two pieces of threaded bar, eight nuts and eight washers?? It should work perfectly and it'd be cheap as really cheap chips

Would you believe the first time I actually go to look for it it's gone... :(
Hope it's gone to a good home 'cause the owner certainly wasn't coming back for it...more likely the people who owned the house who's railing it was chained to discarded it... Oh well, that'll teach me to be more assertive next time... At least I picked up some chinese on the way back :)

Wicked bit on the standing wave at the beginning of this one!! Morgan Just is absolutely unbelievable

I know the feeling, there's a wicked looking Olmo frame with a fluoro rainbow finish chained up across the road from my mates girlfriends house and it hasn't moved in about a year...I'm trying to bring myself to take it and convert it but then I think...but what if it does belong to someone...it's very stressful indeed...in fact I'm off out to see if it's still there...

Just bought this
doesn't look like a project I know, but it will be. All the pink must go (red look delta's or a selle flight anyone?), and thread the steering for a start.
Seeing what 'i am jammygit' got for his 240 quid, I am now thinking I paid WAAAAYY to much for it. (which I already knew)
Those Campagnolo Pista's are rich man's wheels...which explains why they are lacking from my bike at present...they'd seriously drive up the price though!!

Used this on a set of seriously neglected hubcaps from 1957 Porsche and they came up a treat, obviously can't do anything for proper damage which has removed the Chrome but if it's rescueable this will do it...
