We had very similar situation (back in Brighton, not Devon) - two giant Alsatians in a tiny garden that were never (ever) walked. Garden stank and the giant male was very aggressive (bit me over the 5ft fence more than once). Waited until the dogs were inside and the owners were out shopping. Smashed the fences down and put up 10ft solid panel fuckers with reinforced posts. It was about 2 months before we put it on the market so we'd been there suffering it for about 3 years. But those 2+ months were so peaceful. 100% recommend. No idea why we didn't do it before tbh.

Yep, need to farm LOADS of zonaite to upgrade the battery to make things like flamethrowers last. They break quickly when fused with weapons, but seem to last indefinitely when attached to say a horse harness... Hint nudge. Have made several chariots with blades on the wheels and flamethrowers/lasers spraying sideways.
Also lose the lasers/flame emitters and just drive around long grass with spinning blades = mobile hylian rice farm.

I've only got Rito special ability so far, and it's a crap compared to
the equivalent BotW one IMO
I thought that but actually it's quite useful for getting further along the map between shrines by going high and gliding very far very quickly. You can get three bursts on a single stamina wheel. To get the vertical equivalent, just slap a rocket on your shield and aim it. Higher and faster.
I've just completed the fourth sage and tbh they're all a little underwhelming but just having them there to tank for you is very helpful.
One annoyance is that they crowd you and sometimes you can trigger their abilities when you're trying to loot - if that's Tulin then you're sending all of the lootable gear 100ft away in a gust of wind...

Recall is under rated. Give stuff violently back to givers / hold something with ultrahand in a place you want to get to you but can't reach, then ultrahand it back to your feet, recall, then climb on (don't climb on first as it nudges it) and you have your own lift.
Favourite so far: those koroks with backpacks missing their friends. Had one needing to cross a river. Fused some wood to an arrow. Fired arrow across river. Recalled. Attached korok to wood. Yeet.

I asked here recently about subscriptions (i was, and still am, after an awkward amount of beans but I could probably get over that specific need to support 'local' (40-45g per day delivered in weekly amounts = e.g. a 300g bag/box per week).
I did look at YBCR, Steve, but was lured into experimenting with other websites with easier management of what comes when and how much. I still haven't found a winner so would be interested to see what you come up with.

Thanks very much for this - I'm interested in their 'new' dead flat particularly as they claim it's scuff-resistant and scrubbable which, in my limited f&b experience, hasn't been the case with other paints of theirs.
Also that it can be applied to all sorts of surfaces. 'client' has requested ceilings/radiators/woodwork while I ground my teeth down into a powder that can likely be mixed into the next niche farrow and ball recipe.
In any event would need to sort out a corner in an alcove that's currently flaking (probably ventilation issue rather than anything leaking through), so I have a bit of time until I commit.

I've always been pretty happy with price to convenience/quality ratio of Made. We've got furniture from them that must be 11 or 12 years old and looks/functions great and will likely do so for another decade, even if the company has long since gone.
Re. cost, Heals attracts as much if not more novelty tax surely - I don't really want to buy a McQueen Kingsize Bed for £7,495.
But they do sell Ercol which is a decent shout @giles337 and thanks also for the naturalbedcompany link which has some nice looking ones - also a way to optionally order stronger slats which may be relevant for us.
Is there a reason for the delay? Was he waiting on appliances or units etc and the delay had a knock on effect with other trades?
Certainly asking for full payment is mad but delays do happen. (Currently 18 months into our kitchen and have finally put up the last wall hanging cabinet this weekend...)
