Ahhhh yess. The charge plug, right? I was trying to keep up but you totally blew me out in Peckham. :(
Thanks! :) Fort does alright. Nice Brixton cycles kit too
Yup, on the plug. I'm usually a slow pootler, but I'd gotten so fed up of undertakes, Boris bike twattery, and a generally terrifying lack of awareness from most of the people that seemed to be out, I'd taken to drafting cars in an attempt to avoid them. I'll say hello next time!

Oh, thanks! What day was it? The EK is great, you can get some bloody lovely coffee out of it. (To be fair, you can get a pretty ace shot off the Vulcano with that Strada!) I'm really enjoying the most recent Red Brick, although I already miss the Bella Vista, that was lovely too. Looking forward to our new house espresso, a Colombian microlot roasted just for us! Supposed to be even creamier than the Bella Vista!

Rebecca's classes focus on the main areas cyclists tend to have trouble. Usually shoulders, hamstrings, hip flexors and core strength. As well as general stretching and conditioning that benefits anyone. Compared to other classes I've taken, I find these ones are taught in a much more practical way, and it's often helpful to know why you are doing a particular pose.

Multigrooves on Jamaica Rd. Cheers for the tip! (I'm a terrible signaller...) We've got to catch up properly soon!
