I've realised 58 or 59cm is too big for me for a track frame, so I needed to change the title of the post anyway.

I'm after a steel track frame, preferably lugged and preferably built for 700cc wheels, although I would consider an old track/path frame too and fillet brazed could be ok too, but not tig welded.

Has to be in good nick and light.

I have £300 maybe a little more.
