VanUden has drafted an awesome little article to help nudge Bianchi in the right direction. Gonna contact them tomorrow through Push and if they are not forthcoming take it to the next level.
If not then sale of goods act will be the next step. I'll pm you for details if necessary Tiswas, cheers all. fingers crossed.

Update.
First just want to say thanks to Hassan and the guys at Push cycles they sent the frame back to bianchi for me (without trying to rip me off to the tune of £150 like Evans)
Bianchi however have said that they will not honour the warranty as I have "defaced the frame with stickers."
If any of you have seen my bike it was neon orange tape on the main triangle to cover the bianchi decals and give me more visibility. Can't see anywhere in the warranty where this is mentioned and I'm fuming!
Push are trying to fight it and have told bianchi they may stop stocking their frames if this is their attitude.
Any advice on my next step. Apart from writing them a letter saying: vafonculo!

Thanks to everyone at Chamberlain cycles on Kentish Town Road (including a guy who's on here Lolo i think) , who helped me out on one of the days it snowed late last year.
I had a puncture, went in to the shop to change it then had issues with my chain (i had switched my cog the previous day and didn't really have enough links in but i squeezed it on)
Was having difficulties getting it back on again. They gave me a few extra links for my chain and put it back on for me. No charge! So I bought some chain lube.
Thanks, really helped me out.

right so i finally got round to taking everything off the frame with a little help. Took it to evans they said everything would be fine but would take a few months to get sorted. However i got a phone call yesterday and now because i didn't buy it from them (got it in a bike shop in NYC) they want me to pay the shipping which is £150 and then there is no guarantee that Bianchi will replace it.
Kind of fair enough i suppose but fucking annoying none the less. So the frame is only worth about £200 and they might not replace it at all.
