Why not just buy a frame thats designed for road use?

because touring with track bikes is also nice
i have a cheap system from tacx installed under the saddle. you can choose if you want ad 1 or 2 bottle cages.

for the outdoor track i can use one of my clincher sets, just for the indoor i'll buy a clincher set
