Dear fellow vinyl fans.
I’ve been searching for a certain album for a couple of years when one came for sale. I bought it for a very high price compared to sale history and have been happy.
Then recently another copy went up on ebay for a much more sane price and I bought that too. My rationale was that the average price of my two records are now much lower than before.
Is that normal?
It’s Sleep With the Lights On by Wanton Bishops by the way. Rare, but not very sought after either. I love it to bits though.

Cool. It’s the simpler and neater solution. Probs a wee bit cheaper as a result. Being able to open up the enture width of the room is well nice. Confirm that the doors are the type that do that.
Exploring options is good though. It should make you feel more secure in the decision.

That’s the best option then. Most harmonic looking, big opening in the summer and the upper glass is good the draw in light under the low ceiling.
Embrace the lower ceiling height in the extension by creating a somewhat contrasting athmosphere maybe. What are you going to use the extension for?

Splitting is fine and definitely feasible. The flat is good for four persons comfotably, if two are a couple and one is small enough.

The distance between seat stays and mudguard stays together with the angle of mudguards stays make the mudguard prone to bouncing up and down. This will cause a stress breakage of the guard close to the seat stay mounting point.

Easily avoided by fitting an extra stay as pictured above.

Promise me to get an additional stay for the rear mudguard before it snaps.
