135 spacing if you want to go geared, you will want a mtb hub with disc.If you want to go fixed get a chainset with 52mm chainline to go with velosolo cog on mtb hub.
I'm about to build about the same kind of bike, but on a tighter budget. I'm putting nice parts on a pompetamine so the frame will be the first upgrade option. -
Do I have to? Please indulge me!
I'm sorry, but yes.

OK, this might be the right thread to ask this:
I need a hubset for a disc ss/fgcx.
I want the rear to work as ss with disc mount and as fix (not at the same time)
The problem is that I have a chainset with a 46mm chainline (velosolo cog gives 52mm)
135 oln spacing.

just found a photo, but you can't really see it. the adapter sits on the qr axle (theres one for solid axles too) and moves the mudguard mount a few inches rearwards.

it might be a bit of a silly solution if you already have eyelets on the fork and it's a bit irritating if you have to remove the wheel. -

It does appear to combine the shorter toptube & longer headtube that would suit some dirt drops. Singlespeeding it sounds like a good idea, then you can shift that budget gearing.
Frame wise, it's double butted cromoly so it could work out ok. What's the a-c measurement of that fork? I wondered if something lighter/prettier could go on at a later date.
I say singlespeed monstercross it!
the fork looks to me to be just above 400mm maybe 410. a rigid 26er fork would raise the front and slacken the angles a bit, wich would only make it more suitable for off roading. -
