Reckon you'll need at least a 59cm in an Iro moog - they measure centre to top and the section above the intersection with the top tube (if there's a technical term for this bit I don't know it!) is pretty long. I tried a 56cm and it's basically the same size as my frame (which you kindly pointed out looks like a kid's frame at Wests last week!!)
