Ok, I tried fitting clips to these pedals without any joy, and ended up buying PowerGrips (£15 from Evans online delivered).
Out of the box the hardware doesn't fit so I still had to drill the grips and fit them through reflector holes. The material is quite stiff so was very tricky to fold, and hold in place to fit the bolts.
I've been running them for 2 weeks, riding every day. They work really well.

Pretty much the finished bike. Might still get rid of 1 or both stem spacers. Still got to change pedals...
Brake lever isn;t usually in that position, but i took the flic just after having had a bit of a crash, and didn't notice. -
