It has been upgraded with a Juicy Carbon 185mm front brake, and Conti Vertical Pro tyres, otherwise stock. Oh, and it is running eggbeaters now.
Not sure what it is worth- last one I saw going on eBay went for just over £800, although it was not in as good a condition.
I don't want to see it go to be honest, but that said I have not used it in over six months.
If anyone can give it a better home than I can then let me know.

I tend to go for the "fuck! sling a new tube in" thing, although I have to say I have all my old punctured inner tubes hanging up in the fuse cupboard waiting for the evening when I am so bored that patching 12 tubes seems like fun.
That said I do find that if a little talcum powder is used when fitting tyres/tubes they seem to be happier together. They certainly stick together less- when I first got my road bike (160 PSI minimum Zaffiro's) the tube stuck like shit to a blanket when I had to strip it out. -

Have you seen this? My memory may be imperfect but I think the seller had a BIN of £400/£450 earlier in the auction.
If you add the cost of the parts up I'd say that it was (at the BIN price) close to a bargain.
If it's above your cost ceiling doc_si I'd be willing to split some parts with you if you/we win the auction?

So it looks like noone wants my bamboo! we have seriously loads of it, so if anyone wants some for any reason then do shout as it's destined for the bin otherwise.
There's a rather fetching woven bamboo archway thing over our back door, made my my roommate using this stuff.
Would you consider letting this go for gardening purposes?
I have rather a lot of Chilli and Pepper plants that would appreciate a frame to grow over.I could pretend to be starting my own Polo team if that would help?

My friends and I have been thinking of doing something vaguely similar but in Europe.
Being wets and weeds however our thinking was that each day a different member of the group would drive the support vehicle (camper van) with all the clothes/tents/spares and tools.
This would mean that we could all ride "lighter" than we do for a conventional outing, as we could keep all spares etc in the van. -

Anyone ever bought from this chap? Very very cheap Sugino 75's:

With respect to all posters I'd like to see this attempted- being British I admire engineering that could end in a) heroic failure, or b) self effacing success.
Whilst most have gone in on (a) seeing a bit of (b) would be top drawer.
