Nice...even got the pineapple in there.

I use the Altura neoprene overshoes which work quite well but by nature all these shoes have a a hole in the bottom of the sole and that's much harder to overcome.

The delay is entirely dependent on how quickly your company pays Cyclescheme. Go bug the accounting bods to make sure that

1. They have the invoice from Cyclescheme
   
2. It has been paid
   
   

After 1 & 2 then it should take no more than 3 business days to get the voucher. Usually the hold up is in step 2.
