Ok
So i was a complete muppet and somehow got my foot caught in the front wheel while moving.
Ended up somersaulting over the handlebars and landing in a pile a few feet past the bike. Could have easily ended up nastier than it did, was lucky to make it out of there with just a brusied heel and damaged pride. At first i thought the damage to the LeJeune was just a buckled wheel and a set of bent forks, which are easily replaced and fixable. But upon close inspection i have managed to ovalise my headtube and bend the down tube upwards. Pretty nicely done if i say so myself. No cracks, just a clean bend while keeping the top tube true.
Does anyone have a 57 steel track frame for sale?
Its not urgent as i have a conversion i can ride in the mean time.Let me know :)

forgot about the cog & lockring deal, mines on super tight never had a problem.
To get it tight, **stick a lock through your chainring and rotate the wheel backwards **with your hands. Then get the lockring tight, by using a good quality lockring tool (you may have to go to the shop)
Our survey says.. No
Bad idea matey

Anyone want a Panasonic TV?
20" Colour, Text, Remote, Analogue
Non Widescreen
Works perfectly, is just taking up a bit of space in our front room at the moment.
