Hi all, you have probably all seen this before (sorry if you have) but if the woman who stepped out into fatboyralph last week had done this test she might not have ended up on her arse/face in the middle of the street. I was feeling smug with myself as I thought I had passed, then I watched it again, bugger!

winston www.cyclingnews.com
a massive resource....not a blog though....I read it every single day!
Good call winston, I check Cycling News most days (after lfgss of course) as they are always up to date and have good background features. You can always try Eurosport as they have live audio streaming of the big three and sometimes you can find a live video link someone has posted in their message boards. For the last three years I have managed to watch the Giro live via the web.

gabes hi mate, i took a closer look at the frame, and it's not coated at all, so I gave it a polish with some autosol, and it came up SWEET. I also found a cannondale vintage site, and dated the frame to '94...

wow can't believe that's the same frame! you have done a great job! are you going to put Vs on it too?

hippy I've not been for a while. Later in the eve sometimes (maybe tomorrow coz I missed turbo tonight -wayne you busy??) and some Saturdays to get a longer ride in (but not too long) if that makes any sense.
Hippy we might do a RP on Saturday if you fancy it? longer run on Sunday too although I take it you will out on your club run?

Hi all I need to make room for the new bob Jackson see link and so I am selling my old Canondale track frame.
When I first bought it I was running it as a single speed and so the frame and forks are drilled for brakes (not included at the moment) although I no longer have a freewheel on as I have been riding it as fixed for a while now with a front brake (I have taken the front brake off and put it on the Bob which is why it is not in the pics). Frame size is 56cm from the centre of the bottom Bracket to top of the top tube and the top of the top tube is 83cm from the floor.
At the moment I am looking to sell it as a complete bike (no front brake) and am looking for £400. If anyone is interested in the brakes and levers let me know and I'll work out how much I want for them, or you can make me an offer.
The observant ones on here, Tomasito and Hacked, will notice I have matched the chain to the not only to the handle bars but to the frame as well so I should get top dorras :) for it!
Here are loads of pics so you can see all the bits and bobs. If you have any questions please ask and I'll do my best to answer them. I work in London Bridge and live in SW London if you want to come and have a look you know where I am.
Cheers
Ricky

Close up of the rims and hubs

The brakes and levers are for sale separately, and yes I know I have wood worm!

Sorry I know there are loads of pics but a picture paints ....

big daddy wayne rickymundo pootling down Borough High Street.
I of course was hurtling down at an astonishing rate of knots leaving a trail of slack-jawed fluro-nodders in my wake
you telling porkies again! when I looked you were sucking my wheel and eating a bacon sandwich!
One of those observations is a lie, can you guess which one? -
