I think its fair to say that I'm pissed off with my road bike today. Had to give up after just two miles thanks the front mech blankly refusing to shift up to big ring, and no amount of fiddling with the barrel adjuster could persuade it otherwise. The fucking cable stretch on that bike is unreal, 6 months its been built, and still it hasn't settled down yet.

Probably been done already, but has anyone looked at the court in Sunray Gardens (SE24)?
Looks good... Is it floodlit?
I had a look this morning, nice tidy double court, but no lights, and the council locks the park ridiculously early (7pm now, 8pm in summer).
Looks good for weekday solo polo though, I'm definitely gonna use it.

I've got 10sp campag and SRAM, and like them both an equal amount. The campag suits my hands the best, plus all the important bits are servicable/rebuildable. I'm not keen on 11sp campag though, I think it requires more maintence to keep running sweetly than I'm willing to put in. The SRAM groupset I've got feels more precise (which it should do, since it sits above my campag groupset), but the double-tap catches me out in the wrong gear soemtimes. Swings and roundabouts.

^ good wheels - brother in law replaced his Campy Euros with them and said the Pro-Lites were much better...
+1, I've got two pairs, one on road bike, one on 'cross bike. They are really nice light fast wheels, and take a hell of a kicking too, the 'cross pair survived the season without a hitch despite regularly smashing them into kerbs at 30psi and crashes. The decals do look a bit rubbish, but I got black pairs and just covered them up with electrical tape.

That spot was all clear at 8:20, but not surprised it happened, like Gatti says the traffic was mental today, solid all the way from Atlantic Road to Kennington. The North part of Kennington Road was deserted, but everyone was going nuts trying to turn left off it into Kennigton Lane, driving on the wrong side of the road to get round.

veggie, no mushroom, double halloumi is the way forward. Can't be faulted, well maybe olive ciabatta would be good. Anyway, in.
