Chrome steel track forks needed, with classic flat fork crown. Steerer length - have to measure, but it's for a 57' frame. Long shot I know but if anyone has any let me know.

Not rich at all mate, just spending too much money on bikes! I should be decorating my flat with the cash really. Sometimes I think the plain yellow one looks more simple, and the chrome one has too much detail, taking away the simplicity. I'll wait for a bit. Cheers

Dunno yet. Its the titanium antique brown one. It's £159 (?!) now - but to be fair I got mine for 109 last year. I'm not in a rush to sell it though. I want to see what the suede one looks like first.

Didn't think that for a second! I don't know as much as you about components, I just go for parts I like the look of really, and sherrif stars and fluted engraved pista cranks give me the horn - I use them on every build. Not Brooks anymore though! Plus that saddle was murder to ride on!

Any advice on rims appreciated - I was thinking of some black vintage rims but don't know where to start. They have to be practical enough for my daily commute.

The Brooks is going now.... what was I thinking?! You'll see the Pinarello when I can get a nice replacement fork so I can run a brake. Its good to go otherwise.

I've got the new version - in a 57, my size - after an epic wait, though it was an epic wait to get this one too - almost 6 months. This one only came in 54, 56, or 58.

what price are they new?

They don't make them anymore, but I paid £790 1.5 years ago. The latest version - 2008 - is around £1200.
