Have it!
I was deeply offended by Joanne's flippant comments about cyclists in London. She generalised dreadfully and clearly has an issue with cyclists that she'd do well to tackle privately rather than use the privilege of her position on radio as a soap-box to try and tarnish the public image of all cyclists in London. Her comment about 'lesson learned' in response to the cyclist who ended up in hospital for 2/3 weeks due to what was obviously a serious injury was not only cruel but also vindictive. I suggest Joanne Good seeks professional guidance before using the airwaves for bitter, one-sided, ranting. It might make her feel a little better in the short-term but is that really the objective of this show that the BBC are sanctioning?

@CHUG_IT - I expect my complete inability to do something as simple as pick the card up from you at drinks means the one I was after has long gone? I'm not quite seeing the Cameron version mate ;)

that's exactly what it is, an advertising tool. but to those of us in the know and who acknowledge and respect the ghost bike movement, its kinda bad taste.
good work james, some simple badgering might make them change the colour.
Each to their own. I also acknowledge and respect the Ghost Bike movement (it's a brilliant idea) but still see the bike in question as utterly harmless. When I saw it it was very clear that it is a bike painted white advertising a thrift store (the sign on the bike was very clear), quite how it might detract from the movement is beyond me.
Good luck with whatever you decide to do. Just try not to leave the owners/workers of the thrift store thinking that cyclists are over-sensitive zealots. We have enough challenges with our public persona as it is.

Hey VU, i have a 53cm Falcon Frame I could sell you for cheap. It's not particularly 'light', but it's in good nick - it was my beater for a couple of months and before that sat in a shed for about 15 years never used. I'll see if i've some pics I can post tonight if you're interested?
Sounds ideal mate, what tubing is it? If you could send me some pics (or post here) I'd really appreciate it:
Cheers!
