There was what appeared to be covered body on the Royal Albert Dock Spine Road, E16 outside Newham Council offices.

I passed by about 2130 and it looked like the police had only just arrived.

There was a large fuel lorry stopped nearby.

there are not many cyclists use it because it is so intimidating and dangerous.

imo no we don't want more crappy cycle lanes = segregation.

we want tfl to make it and london safer = 20 mph.
