I was going to play polo tonight, but I don't want to miss the start of this.
How many miles is it Phil? I'm on my polo-monster 32:16 ratio with 26" MTB tyres. Not the ideal race bike.

as this is first one its an easy course.

four checkpoints probably about 6 - 8 miles in total. about half hour in total.

I cannot wait for to night, its going to be a lot of fun! All I have to do now is learn how to write.

so we talked about doing something different this week.......

and we decided that we are going to go for a ride around east london.....

you will need an a-z london and a pen. oh and a bicycle and lights.

i expect we will get away about 2015 hrs so make sure you are at the royal inn on the park for about 2000 hrs. the ride will be about 6-7 miles and will take about half hour. it finshes back at the pub.
