Your iphone will* [edit] might become an ipod so good for stuff you can do on wifi, take pics and listen to music stored on the phone.
The Nokia Tough is an utterly shit phone. It has a ridiculously long battery life but for anything else other than speaking on the phone, and just that, it is awful. How do I know this, I have had one for 2 years.
Great for receiving text message alerts, but not sending them. I wouldn't do anything more ambitious than receive calls on it. If this is your use case, best of luck, because I wouldn't buy it again.

Lovely part of the world and without a doubt this is a lovely addition. Hope it goes as well as the pics indicate.
If you have a website and are taking bookings I'm sure it won't hurt to pop it on the opening thread.
I know Puglia very well.
Are you north enough to have avoided the olive tree virus? -

or
G

?But I suspect you are discussing the same as this discussion and interestingly a development website offering the same has been picked up by search engines. Whether this is a cock-up or conspiracy only someone at B would know.

@HoKe I have a pair of silver mudguards that are no longer used - send me a DM if of interest

Full context here:
https://www.lbhf.gov.uk/news/2024/05/stabilisation-works-restart-hammersmith-bridgewhile damage caused to the bridge’s gantry by a boat carrying West Ham football fans..
I'm looking at you @furious_tiles There is a reason why you lot should stay east.Hammersmith & Fulham Council will then repair the carriageway, install a new cycle lane, and review e-mobility options to shuttle residents across the bridge, notably older and Disabled people, subject to a 1.5-tonne vehicle weight limit imposed by safety experts.
There isn't a date for the the 'road' to reopen to cylists/others

You have to download the app and you pay £5 for each 24 hours. I don't think you can hire for longer period in one go, but don't quote me.
I am sure all the bikes on this hire scheme are 'M' type handlebars with 3 speed gearing.

This was my favourite from this vid.

But there is a lot of pleasure behind a man talking about some of his favourite tools

I don't think you can do anything about the 'bob'; this is a function of large men on small bikes.
Rather does the block absorb most of the road jitters and make the ride smoother?
SJS has a range here

In terms of bang for your buck, get the best suspension block that suits how you use it.
I know this changes your ride for the better significantly. The seatpost is nice but a) more expensive and b) combined with the better block you'll probably appreciate it even more. If you don't have to carry it much, then use your ride requirements to determine enhancements.
I have both, the block made the biggest impact to me, then a saddle that I liked, then the seatpost. And I would approach it in this order.

I take it you aren't retaining your smallest sprocket and therefore are unable to re-use the one you are currently using?
I can see what you saw on BikeGang*... this is where I would take the new smallest sprocket to your LBS and ask them if they have one that size?I also saw on that page it comes with 1.5mm & 1.8mm Circlip
(*I also saw they are the only ones that appear to have the DTSwiss shifter as part of their kit)
-
Sprockets - Max maybe 18t - @Mikey5000 could do no more than 17t from memory.
You will see in this vid, this chap used 12-14-18t
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zttcr7nhy-0
Clips - I have no useful comment.
Sunrise looks good - you will see in the vid a friction shifter was used, and I have also seen this deployed
but best of luck finding one if you like that as it appears largely out of stock in the UK. -
"stay in bed and watch cartoons"
I saw him in 92, this show
https://www.discogs.com/release/605401-Bill-Hicks-Shock-And-Awe-Live-At-Oxford-Playhouse-11-November-1992Hooligans mocks us Brits wonderfully so. His routine about 'Gladiators' might still apply.

This video showed me to the Pelago* which appears to be more flexible.

*Not particurlarly helpful as I had to have it delivered to a mate in EU.

Credit to @tjn who has done it with an old car seat.
Pics attached - as you can see very straightforward.
I've only done it on the front and it protects the bottom bracket region in the rain.
I've not needed to add it to the rearI am sure GCN did a video where they created a extended mud-flap using the same idea. I just can't find it.
-
@amey 's endorsement is worth 10x anyone else's comments. Full packhorse is very impressive.
In terms of mudguard flap, why not just fashion an extension using an old 'ass saver' and couple of cable ties? I'm sure they might have an appropriate colour/design that works.
Others on here have used rubber/plastic/car mats cut to size. -
Republican
much like the film from where your avatar originates, you are going full cold turkey a la Renton.
Unless you need the tough as you are full lumberjack working outside all day, I would opt for the Nok 6310. I would hope it would be more usable.
