I did that with a tiny brass washer from a Use Alien seatpost, really pissed me off, found it 4 months later about 20 feet away in another room. Lucky I'm a slut.

Actually Iwas trying to find the photos I took but they've vanished. In the meantime my support team has rallied round, so they are the middle ones, and record. Bearings are fine but they are meant for a skewer, so not sure how you convert to a track nut.
