It is unlikely that the bearings are the same, unless they are increased in number, i.e 3 instead of two. The rear is reckoned to take more stress through the drive, so the bearings are strengthened proportionately, although my experience is limited to road bike rear wheels.

For ceramic ball bearings I tried Carbontec on ebay. These are wheel related but they do BBs etc. too.

J. by observation you need a 51cm c.to c. from BB to imaginary top tube. A spirit level and thin plank would help.
