then on the 24th December we're having some xmas eve drinks in the sandbar to celebrate staying in mcr for crimbo and also Rose's birthday (which is atch on crimbo day- and she's working on crimbo day/ her birthday in wetherspoons in chorlton, which is a bit shit so you must come out!!!)

Just to let you all know we have started playing polo on Thursdays again instead of Sundays.

Everyone is welcome to come along on a Thursday at 7pm at Platt Fields Park- we play in the BBall courts.

Bring a bike you don't mind getting whacked with a mallet and a mallet if you have one, if not you can borrow.

We are starting to pick and play in teams so we're ready for the tournaments next year so now is a good time to start playing.

Text me on oh753oh78oh383 before 6pm to let me know you're coming and I'll text back to let you know it's on or not (esp if it's thrashing it down)

fixed= adam, james (when he plays- v.v.v.v. rare), me when i sort a bike i don't mind getting twatted out, mirek plays sometimes fixed sometimes mtb

alot of people play on mtb cos they're a bit tougher and can take a few knocks- the components such as cranks etc are built to take knocks. some people play on s/s mtb's...my muddy fox does a pretty good job. I reckon if i were to fix that it would be perfect

i'll bring a small and a medium..reckon a small would be all nice and figure hugging on you..

pretty silver pedals??

anyone seen any nice plain pretty silver 2 sided spd pedals that don't have SHIMANO written in horrid black paint on them.

I know i could risk my eyesight by getting the caustic soda out and try to get the shimano tag off but i kinda like being able to see etc so was looking for some nice plain pedals...any idea where to look...or if you have some let me know

I’ve ordered the following colours and sizes. If you want one order soon as last time they sold well quick:

a mix of pink, red, blue, green, black, grey
in Mens sizes small, med, L, XL and XXL (most in size medium)
and a mix of pink, red, blue, green, black, grey
in girl sizes medium and large

If you order it you can pick it up on a friday night at the sandbar, at
critical mass, some lunchtime we arrange, in a pub etc.

I also still have some spokes tees left, let me know if you want one, they
are a tenner.

ah shite just read Nasty's intro...didn't realise you want a whole CV.. basically if you ride bikes come get involved with I Bike MCR, esp. the Fesival in 2009. Gonna have usual Yo FIxie, HONW Alleycat, Bike Polo Tournament etc. plus Bike Jousting, an official race around the lake in platt fields, a track event at the velodrome etc. I'll post more details here soon.
