Thanks for the feedback!
Were you ever using the large ring in the front with 29T in the back??
If my chain is optimised for my current setup (was installed by my LBS) should I be buying a new chain as well?
Would you by any chance have the cassette available to sell :)It'll run big cog to big sprocket just as well as with the 11-25 block (just try not to do that 'cos the chain is better running as straight as possible).
Try it with your current chain first - it might be fine.
Not for sale, sorry.

I've run a 13-29 with a short cage chorus 10sp mech. Absolutely no problems on my bike with standard chain rings up front. So, I'd think that, unless you have mega long chain stays, you shouldn't have any probs.
And, as you're getting the casette anyway, you may as we'll try it before splashing out on a new mech too!

I think you would have had real problems on the Bow Creek bit anyway. There aren't any obvious alternatives to following the tidal river which you can't do all the way.

You're dead right - Bow Creek has no obvious options to follow. But Limehouse cut goes to the Thames, and does have the Lea's water flowing down it too

New option from Lynskey http://www.chainreactioncycles.com/lynskey-pro-disc-carbon-road-fork-2014/rp-prod115098 http://media.chainreactioncycles.com/s7viewers/html5/genericZoomMobile.html?config=ChainReactionCycles%2FZoom%5FHTML5%5FPDP&asset=ChainReactionCycles%2Fprod115098_Carbon_NE_01&locale=en&contentRoot=http://media.chainreactioncycles.com/skins/&serverUrl=http://media.chainreactioncycles.com/is/image/&zoomView.iconEffect=1
Still no carbon road fork with disk mounts, that will take a mudguard and more than a 23c tyre

Looking at the iPhone/iPad memory use bar when plugged into iTunes. The yellow 'other' section is getting hefty. Anyway of seeing what those files are, and potentially getting rid? Cheers
It's usually documents. Garageband compositions, Numbers spreadsheets, comic books, Evernote data, savegames that sort of thing.
Cheers, any way of viewing the files in a finder window or such like?

Just caught up on e3 this morning. Terrific racing. Thought Thomas rode real well, and good to see him stay upright for a change. Not sure how else he could have played his hand. Maybe he could have attacked over the top as Sagan caught the last OPQS attack, but who knows what his legs were like then, and third from that particular group of 4 ain't too shabby!

Extraordinary how he persisted in his denial. Bizarre.
