Ha! You might be able to work it out by just fitting the crank to the bb without installing the bb first.

What chainline do you need for your hub and sprocket?

Measure what chain line your current bb gives you on the outer ring. Compare how that differs from what you need, and use this difference to work out what spindle length bb you actually need.

Also a repost but gives me a chance to ask about said road/route...planning on cycling it from Peckham to Canterbury and getting train back but train is about £20, one way, to just Bromley South, even in advance!
